3. Title of the register
NaturEffect Oy’s traveller register and online store customer register
4. Purpose of personal (registered) data management
The purpose of this register is to store traveller data as obliged by the Finnish Act on Accommodation and Catering Operations (2006/308 6§) to enable contacts required by customer service and to maintain customer relationships. Direct marketing in case the customer does not forbid it.
In addition, data for this register is collected so that NaturEffect Oy can trade through its online store, including transfer of order, invoicing and payment confirmations and transaction data between the store and the customer.

6. Regular sources of data
The data is collected using the e-forms of the Johku online service. The customers enter the data personally when ordering at Johku online store.
7. Regular data submissions and transfers outside the EU or European Economic Area
The data is not specifically forwarded and stays with the controller. Traveller information is given to the authorities specified by law. The data is not transferred outside the EU or European Economic Area.
8. Principles of data file protection
A. Manual data
If automatically processed data in the register is printed into manual format, the material is kept in a locked container, and only the controller and authorities specified by law have access to the data.
B. Automatically processed data
The register is located on Aptual Commerce Oy’s server that is located in a controlled data centre. Only the controller and Aptual Commerce Oy’s technical support personnel are able to access the complete registered data. A trader customer who has acquired the Johku service has access to the personal data given by the customers who have ordered at the Johku online store. This data includes the details required by online transaction.
9. Right of review and its implementation
Each person has the right to review their personal data. Right of review is free of charge once a year. The review request must be submitted in writing including a signature or in person at the registrar/controller.
10. Correcting the data and implementation
Each person has the right to demand that their data in the register is correct. The request for correction should be submitted in writing and in sufficient detail.
11. Other possible rights
According to section 30 of the Personal Data Act, ”a data subject has the right to prohibit the controller to process personal data for purposes of direct advertising, distance selling, other direct marketing, market research, opinion polls, public registers or genealogical research.”
